Ancillary Products

Ancillary products offer coverage for areas that Medicare and health insurance plans do not support on their own. Some examples of ancillary products are dental, vision and hospital indemnity plans.

Employed or retired?
Employers may provide employees with their voluntary or employer-contributory ancillary benefit plans, such as dental and vision. However, most retirees do not have access to any employer ancillary benefit plans. TLC may be able to help fill that void.

DENTAL

A healthy smile is important to overall health. Dental insurance is another way to keep you healthy, without expensive out-of-pocket costs. Most Americans usually put off dental exams or procedures because of the costs associated. This can lead to more serious dental illnesses that could be even more costly. While Medicare doesn’t offer built-in dental coverage, you can smile knowing that your dental needs can now be covered with dental insurance.

VIsion

Vision issues affect millions of Americans and can be very costly without any coverage. Vision plans usually cover a percentage of the out of pocket costs associated with eye care. Vision plans are typically purchased as add-ons to insurance while employed.

HOSPITAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE

Hospital stays, whether planned or unplanned can put a strain on the healthiest of budgets. Hospital indemnity plans can help provide payment for each day spent in the hospital, as well as some other qualified expenses.

Hospital indemnity plans provide benefits for when you are confined in a hospital. Hospital indemnity can help you fill in the gaps left by your medical coverage, by providing cash for out of pocket expenses like deductibles, copays, prescriptions and other non-covered expenses.
